北京·上苑艺术馆 “国际创作计划”（艺术驻留） 常年接受申请
“国际创作计划”是上苑艺术馆的常设项目，我们免房租为艺术家提供工作室及宿舍，北京20人，黄山10人。

从2007年开始，每年进驻上苑艺术馆的艺术家包括：油画、雕塑、水墨、装置、行为、舞蹈、诗歌、声音艺术、音乐、多媒体、影像、舞台……等，
由上苑艺术馆免费提供独立的生活与创作空间,另外有图书馆、作品讨论空间、露天活动场地、无线网络……3800多平方米。
房屋均免房租提供给入选的驻馆艺术家，在北京进行为期七个月（每年的4月初至11月初）的创作与交流。
另外黄山有10个艺术家工作室（600多平方），常年无限期提供给艺术家。
本年度国际创作计划现已启动， 倡导“具有创造性与诗性语言特质的，和艺术家生存的现在相关的生命体验为创作准则的各类艺术创新”，发现在野的优秀艺术创作者。
跨界的艺术交流能使在馆创 作的艺术家们，从各种不同门类的艺术创作中吸吮原创力，从而扩大视野、刺激感观、完成对自己的挖掘与发现。
The Shangyuan Art Museum has hosted artists in residence from various disciplines every year since 2007: oil painting, sculpture, ink drawing, installation, performance,
dance, poetry, sound art, music, multimedia, video, stage ......, etc., who are provided with free individual living and creative space by the museum, in addition,
the museum provides a library, spaces for discussion of their works, an area for open-air activities, as well as Wi-Fi.
There is a total of more than 3800 square meters of space ,
housing is provided free of charge to the selected artists in residence in Beijing for a period of seven months (each year, from early April to early November).
In addition, there are 10 artists’ studios (more than 600 square meters) in Huangshan, which are available to artists year-round for an indefinite period of time.
This year’s International Residency Program has been launched to promote "artistic innovation of all kinds with creative and poetic qualities,
and with the artist’s life experience related to the present," and to discover outstanding artists in the field.
Cross-border artistic exchanges will enable artists working in the museum to draw originality from a wide range of artworks,
thereby expanding their horizons, stimulating their senses, and accomplishing their own excavation and discovery.
申请与选拔：Application and selection:
（一）、申请方式：推荐和自荐（任何个人，年龄、学历、国家地区与民族均不限）
Application method: recommendation and self-recommendation (any individual, regardless of age, education, country, region and ethnicity)
(1) 推荐：所有上苑艺术馆艺术委员会的成员可以推荐二人进入候选；所有往届驻留艺术家可以推荐一人进入候选。
Recommendation: All members of the art committee of Shangyuan Art Museum can recommend two people to be candidates;
(2) 自荐：自荐者可直接将相关申报材料送达上苑艺术馆办公邮箱：ssyuan@126.com
Self-recommendation: Self-recommendations can directly send relevant application materials to Shangyuan Art Museum’s office email address: shangyuanart@gmail.com.

（二）、申请时间：每年7－12月、黄山随时；
Application time: July to December every year, all year round for Huangshan;
（三）、评审投票时间：12月评审第一批；
Review and voting time: December for the first batch of reviews;
（四）、公布名单时间：第二年1月公布第一批。第二年3月补充审核并公布第二批。
Time for announcing the list: The first batch will be announced in January of the next year. In March, a secondary review will be conducted and the second batch will be announced.
（五）、入驻时间：次年4月7日－11月7日；
Settlement time: April 7 to November 7 of the following year;

A、平面视觉作品电子图片十张（jpg格式，图片名称中注明材质、名称、尺寸、时间）；视频作品、音乐作品发网络连接；文字作品发纯文本或word格式。用压缩包发电子邮件；
Ten images of graphic visual works (in jpg format, with material, name, size and time in the name of the image); video works and music works sent as web links; written works sent in text or word format. Send via e-mail in a compressed package.
B、个人照片1张，身份证影印件；
1 profile photo and copy of ID/passport;
C、申请人简历、作品阐释（word格式）；
Applicant’s resume and explanation of works (word format);
D、自荐或推荐书、《申请书》（word格式）。
Self-recommendation or recommendation letter, "Application Form" (word format).

美国州立大学与学院协会（AASCU）副主席：泰瑞 · 布朗 Dr. Terry Brown ，美国州立大学与学院协会中国/亚洲事务副主任Sufei Li,
在上苑藝術館“23國際創作計劃”上發表她在14年前，與劉麗安，與程小蓓，與上苑的淵源，看著上苑藝術館這麼多年堅持不懈地，
對藝術創作者所作的公益性的扶持，祝願上苑的藝術駐留項目健康發展。
Dr. Terry Brown, Vice President of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), and Sufei Li,
Associate Director of China/Asia Affairs of the AASCU, spoke at the Shang Yuan Art Museum’s "2023 International Residency Program"
about the relationship she had with Liu Li’an and Cheng Xiaobei 14 years ago.
She also wished the Shangyuan Art Museum a healthy development of its art residency program as she has persisted in supporting artists for so many years.
评审程序：
上苑艺术馆组织评审小组，对自荐作品进行初评，初评胜出者进入候选程序。艺术委员会成员推荐的艺术家直接进入候选；
所有候选人作品和相关资料要在上苑艺术馆网站上公开展示二周，以接受来自各方的评审意见与信息。
每年十二月由上苑艺术馆常务委员及往届驻馆艺术家们参与投票，以获票数最高的前三十至三十五名艺术家为准，邀请进驻艺术馆内创作。
注：优秀艺术家可延长驻馆时间；期满的艺术家也可再次申请驻馆(不超过2期)。
“驻馆艺术家的成功，就是艺术馆的成功”！
“国际驻馆创作计划”将不间断地进行下去，上苑艺术馆的艺术家们将成为一股不能忽略的艺术力量，最终在这个时代的发出我们自己的声音！
上苑艺术馆想要为艺术家提供安静的创作空间，使艺术家们在不同门类的艺术交流领域里相互交汇、融合，激发创作激情，挖掘创作潜力，希望在“上苑”的平台上创作出优秀作品！
择优原则：
1、给年轻有为的艺术家更多机会。
2、给中国大陆艺术家相对更多的比例。
3、艺术家有多诚实：是否非表达不可，以及非如此表达不可。跟自我的关系。
4、继续往前走的可能性，也就是说潜力有多大。在乎他们的独有性，探索性。
上苑艺术馆(桥梓艺术公社）简介
Shangyuan Art Scene
总占地面积：30000平方米，总建筑面积：15000平方米；可对外展出的总面积：900平方；对外接待食宿部份总面积：约2500平方米；
上苑艺术馆(桥梓艺术公社）是由二十一个原创艺术建筑、文学会所、美术展览厅（图书馆）共同组成。从2000年开始，
发起人程小蓓与一群诗人、作家、美术家、建筑设计师在北京的北边燕山脚下寻找、策划组织、设计到动工建设，历时七年，于2007年底落成。
所有建设资金没有商业投资、没有政府投资，全部资金来源于艺术家自己筹措，以及一部份社会艺术爱好者的捐赠。
宗旨：
提倡和推动在野的，以具有创造性与诗性语言特质的，和艺术家生存的“现在”相关的，真实生命体验为创作“冲动”的艺术创作。
更注重跨界的艺术合作与推动，更注重对年青艺术家的扶持与成长互助。
组建上苑艺术馆的目的：
组织跨界的艺术交流：为各个不同门类的艺术家提供一个交流平台，恢复中国文化人的传统：诗书画乐等艺术家的常态交流。
中国目前在美术、诗歌、音乐、建筑、舞台剧、影视等各个艺术家群体基本上各自为阵，很少横向交流。我们想从自己开始改善这种状态。
开展驻馆创作计划：每年为30名左右不同门类的优秀艺术家，免费提供工作室、住宿，以及生活和创作的安静而纯粹的艺术环境。
